Healthy delicious greens – Sauteed Spinach
Sauteed Spinach with garlic is such an easy dish to make that uses only a few ingredients – even the kids will love it!

- 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- ½ chicken bullion cube
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 454g fresh spinach
- Add oil to saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes or until onions begin to become translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add chicken bullion cube and black pepper. Stir to combine with onions and garlic. Add spinach to saucepan and then cover with lid. Turn heat to medium low and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until spinach begins to wilt. Stir to combine with onions. Serve!
