Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup Quaker Oats
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place ingredients into blender, food processor, or magic bullet and blend to combine.
- Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, using a ¼ measuring cup.
- Cook on both sides, until brown on each side. Serve warm.
