Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Quaker Oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients into blender, food processor, or magic bullet and blend to combine.
  • Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, using a ¼ measuring cup.
  • Cook on both sides, until brown on each side. Serve warm.
