One of my absolute favorite dishes growing up was Beef Corn Bake. My Mom used to make this for our family on a regular basis and during the holidays. Back then I could have finished an entire pan of this beefy, chessy pasta dish and I still could – yes it is THAT good! I’m excited to share this recipe from my mother with you guys and hope you and your family enjoy it! This is a super easy and quick dinner idea recipe that is simple and delicious!
